day 4 my ram looks happy as hell and i am considering of getting a female for him can i here some opinions on this ?

I think you would want to get more than one female; with rams (like most fish) it's good to have a greater ratio of females to males.  1 male per every 2-3 females is suggested with gbr.s i believe
