Gah! Blurry Water!

Oh my god! I asked yesterday for advice with this, and I was told to turn off the lights for three days and do an 80% water change..

Well, the water is getting worse and worse now. I cant even see clearly through it. I really want to change this.

The colour is, well. You know when you walk to supermarkets? with those fish in the blurry brownish yellowish, greenish colour? YES, thats it. I dont know if it'll harm the fish, either. Heelp?

If it's green like pea soup a blackout with a large water change at the end of the three days is probably the best course. It shouldn't harm your fish.
