Fw Meds For Sw Fish?

Many of the meds I use for FW fish say they can be used in SW also. These include: Malachite green, formalyn, metro, and prazipro. Is there any reson they should not be used in SW?
My tanks are FOWLR with a few hermit crabs, shrimp, and snails. Thanks; Don T.

Dunno about the rest, but I know formalin and malachite green is not good for inverts...

Having seen many people with empty wallets try them and fail Don, I still only reccomend QT and treatment with EITHER copper of 0.2-0.3ppm OR hyposalinity 1.009sg
