Future Stock Advice

[Crossfire]

So, recently I have been trying to up my Pink Jewel Tetras, but the LFS keeps selling me diseased fish and they alwas die off except for the two original in there So, while I'm sorting that out, I am planning to have my stock look like this when I get the tetras in order

8-10 Pink Jewel Tetra
4 Kuhli Loaches
2 Sparkling Gourami (maybe another female to make a harem, but females are hard to find, and i dont want to end up with two males one female )
3 Amano Shrimp
6 Cherry Shrimp
2 Red Cyrstal Shrimp

Would the bioload be too much for a 20 gal? Are there any problems with this stocking? Is it ok to have so many shrimp? Thanks!

it looks ok to me but i'm no expert on stocking!! the shrimp bioload is negligible.

Thanks, I just came back from the LFS with three new female Pink Jewels..the one in the QT didn't make it, so I 6 now
This has happened to the past 4 tetras i bought, bring them in, water stats perfect...week later they get faded colors and big eyes, and then i treat them for popeye and they spontaneously die on me

Also thought about buying some more loaches, but the new shipment they got had three dead loaches and one infected with fungus
