There are about 50 fries in my fry tank, inclusive of Molly and Guppy fries. I noticed that some fries could grow very rapidly while some are still very small, even though they are borned same batch. This is very obvious on the Molly fries.

Any idea on why this happened?

They could be runts. Sometimes, some fry just grow very, very slowly. It's best to cull them (feed them to bigger fish) because it takes a very long time for them to become healthy adults.

mmm.... It is cruel to feed them to big fish... I rather rare them ....

But I think this is due to their genetic problem, but not sure.

I noticed most of the smaller one could die easily.
