I have ember tetras, cory's and a betta in my 105l tank. I was thinking about adding some frozen food to their diets. Is there any nutritional differences between the frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp? I'm mostly thinking about the frozen food for the betta to be honest, I was thinking bloodworms might be closer to their diet in the wild but I don't really know.

Bloodworms have issues for fish, and should only be fed once a week (no more often) as a "treat." Shrimp are better. Another even better frozen food if you can get it locally is daphnia.
