Frozen Bloodworm

Fluttermouth:

Bristlenose. 200L
Should be no problem there then :good:

Yeah they are only between 4-6inches when fully grown I have been told, someone said I could have more then one but I will see what happens with the one. Would love to get a boy one but no way to sex them.
I've got three in a 240l, and while they might do a bit of pushing and shoving over a tasty morsel, they never do any harm. They are very easy to sex once mature (males have bristles, females don't), but not at the size you normally buy them at.

Oh the bloodworm will not go off will it if left? and then raise ammonia?
Well, it will, but honestly, one cube of bloodworm in a 200l? It's not going to do any harm; like I said, just don't feed them tomorrow, or even for a couple of days if you're really worried, and everything will be just fine :)

Thank you just had another wee look and I cannot see any left so unless some disappeared off elsewhere (hidden in amongst my planted area) then they must have snarfled the lot

My other thought for a plec was a golden nugget and a bristlenose as everything I have found on a golden nugget says they get to 6 inches and thats it max... My friend has a female bristlenose she was really disappointed with the lack of bristles  Would a golden nugget and a bristlenose do okay? How long should I give my tank before I add them? Another few weeks? :hyper:
