Frozen Bloodworm

Ok so I just got my new Tangerine Discus and I have the following to feed the fish.

Tropical Flakes
Frozen Brine Shrimp
Frozen Bloodworms

Now I was researching around and read that parasites and diseases could be transferred from the bloodworms to my fish (specefically discus) and was wondering if this was true. If so I wanted to stop the feeding of this but wanted reassurance to stop the feeding. Also is frozen brine okay?

ive never had a problem with bloodworm or brineshrimp so i think your fine

i would also substitute the flake for tetra prima mate.
