I've just started using one and like it - apart from the 1m 30sec's of shaking to do the nitrate test (30 secs for the solution, 1 min for the tube). Just looked at the samples I toook 15 mins ago and none have them have changed from the reading after 5 mins so I know now I can do the tests, leave them while I get a brew then check rather than clock watching.
Update:
Interest aside... just tested the water using my nutrafin NH3/4 test kit and got a reading of 0.6 ppm, using the API 2 ppm...
Wonder which is correct?
Both water samples taken at the same time, both from the same part of the tank, both tests carried out according the kit instructions.
