Free Plants For Collection

Hi everbody!


I live in Welling, Kent. I have some large Crpt. balansae, moss and hornwort if anybbody wnats to collect today or tomorrow. Otherwise the compost bin benefits! Please add contact details in response to this blog if interested.

There are too many plants and the crypts are quite long. I have had an offer to collect so i can only say thanks for your interest.

i will pick them smaller next time! i waited as i thought some friends may want them. you can nip some of the leaves off and this should reduce the size for a while. the roots had grown round the underground heating cable!

My mates had some C. AFFINIS which was large, so next time i will ask them to hand them over and i will advertise again.

Ocasionally pull off java fern, there were a couple of bits in the bag. Also another fern which has more fern like leaves. Need to look it up.

The hornwort came from the river lea severaL years ago. I was fishing and took a small piece home. Checked it wasnt carrying anything and then after a while it just grew. My mates and i use it to remove nitrates (we think)and i compost it.
