Freckled Tulip Eel

I recently purchased what the pet store called a freckled tulip eel which through further research I believe is a swamp eel. Anyways, the other fish in my tank eat live small feeder fish (my eel is about 14" long at this point) and my eel doesn't seem interested in the feeder fish nor have I seen him eat anything. I have also fed frozen blood worms which my other fish love (not who I was trying to have eat them!) and I'm just not sure my eel is getting any food. Should I be concerned and what else can I try to get him to eat?
