I am just setting up a new bristle nose breeding tank and as I was moving wood and plants from my old tank I found these. I have no idea what they are. Are they parasites or unsafe? Are they safe for fish?

They just look like detritus worms to me. Nothing to worry about--your fish will mostly take care of them pretty fast. Are you cycling your tank?

Yes after looking around they are just detirtus worms I think. I am using already used sponge filters so will have the bacteria and I am adding some bottled. The filters are cycled already
