Ah...do you think that might possibly have been because they were in a tank that was too small for them?

personally, no. i dont believe goldfish grow as fast as people say they do. i mean yes i believe that if you put a few small feeder goldfish in a BIG pond, then they will grow fast, but if you put them in a tank, they will not grow as fast.

about 2 years. and before anyone brings it up, yes goldfish can live longer but not all do. i find it very hard to find healthy goldfish in the stores. sometimes you think you are buying a healthy one and it turns out that is sick.

can we all please be mature and stop fighting about goldfish and our opinions. no matter how many pages of replies we make, my opinions will not change and neither will anyone else's. ithink it will just be better if we put this topic to rest.
