Found Bugs In My Aqaurium, Please Advise

I noticed these today as i was cleaning my tank, what are they, are they harmful to my fish, as i am a discus keeper and never come across them before, they seem to crawl across the gravel but can swim, the biggest ive seen is about 2mm and there are pin head sized babies, please advise anyone

Three-fingers is right - ostracods. It's in that link, nothing to worry about.

thank you, gonna check it out at my local aqautics as well to be sure, sorry about the crap photos, they are hard to get a photo of, ill post what they are when i find out thanks
