Im wondering what the proper nutrition is for German Blue Ram cichlids
im feeding them regular tropical fish flake food as of right now along with some algae wafers and blood worms (designed for Betta)
but im wondering of some other forms of food that would help there nutrition even more

Any ideas?
Also, how about some ghost shrimp? would they be a good meal for rams? the rams I have are typically small but their still growing.
Any other crustaceans or live food for rams?

A staple flake and pellet food combined with a wide variety of live and frozen foods is what I use. Frozen foods including: Mysis, Brinshrimp, Bloodworm, Daphnia, Tuna, Chopped Mussel and Chopped Prawn.

what about ghost shrimp? Are they a healthy meal for Rams and other peaceful cichlids?
