hi i want one fish for my tank that will be its focal point

i have 3swordtails
4coreys
and 6cherry barbs in a 20g tank

i was thinkin of a dwarf/honey gourami, does anyone have any ideas

all sugestions welcome

Honey gouramis are nice, but I think you have a nice selection of fish as it is. :D

I'm swaying towards a dwarf gourami but wanted to know if anyone had a sugestion on a fairly similar sized fish as my main one

I've loked at this thread a couple of times, thinking about it, but I can't come to any other conclusion than Inchworm. The problem is that with 3 lively swordtails, there won't be a quiet place for the gourami to go in that size tank; and they do seem to relish a bit of peace and quiet. I think you could end up with aggression problems. Also, you do seem pretty well stocked as far as bioload goes.
 
A pair of dwarf cichlids. apistogramma of some sort. probably cacatuoides.

If you can find borellii, even better as they are smaller.
