Fluval Spray Bar

I am interested in installing spray bars on the outtakes of my Fluval 305, 405 and 406 filters. I don't like the look of the present return outlets.
 
I can't find any spray bar kits for sale in the US! All I can find are in the UK and cannot be shipped to the US. Does anyone happen to know if the spray bar kits for the Fluval FX filters are adaptable to the 305 style?

Or the spray bars for the G3/G6 filters. Just noticed them also.
