I have an FX5 and am concerned that the tube putting water into the tank will come out of the tank and will carry on putting water onto the floor.
I am using the clip over the edge of the tank, have put some sponge kitchen scourer things between the tube going into the tank and the wall and have also pushed some folded cardboard boxes between the cabinet and wall so that some of the tube is resting on it.

I am still concerned that if it does come out it will presumably carry on pumping until the in tube attachment is above the water.

Can I do anything else?

The 'over the rim' clip is designed to keep the inlets and outlets inside the tank. Would take something special to allow the tubing to come all the way out of the tank.

I'm concerned because whilst adjusting something or other the tubing did slip, the attachment came off and started to release water onto the floor, and I realised how heavy the tubing is when it contains water.

use glue or maybe tape to hold it down or if your really are that concerned about it make a custom bracket that sits over it that way it is held down
