I was trying to get a couple of photos of my Sidthimunki's yesterday and after about an hour of failing miserably I just held the camera next to the tank and pressed and took a series of pictures while aiming at nothing in particular, when I uploaded the photos and checked them I was shocked to find this total fluke of a picture :hyper:

You have to love it when that happens. That's actually how I got one of my better Sidthimunki pictures too.

Anyway, great picture and nice fish! You have to love the little guys.

Great shot ,they are super little fish aren't they. Unfortunately i have just lost my 4 ti White spot, so feeling gutted at the moment.

Super photo !! :good: They are such incredibly fast zippy loaches, it's near impossible to get good "resting" pics of them.

that is a gd pic m8 :good: do u use the macro mode?
it helps a gr8 deal

Yes I use the macro mode as often as possible, I did have a great photo of one of the Sid's sitting on the bogwood with half a bloodworm sticking out of its mouth, unfortunately while rushing I accidentally deleted the files on the flash card instead of moving them onto the pc :X .

Barracuda - these have a tank more or less to them selves now, they have some Gelius Barbs for company and a couple of Kuhli's, in December I am hopefully getting another 6 Gelius Barbs, 6 Hikari Blue Danios and 4 or 5 B. Nigrolineata to add to the shoal of 10 Sidthimunki's  .

:good: what a great shot MD.
to be honest I was expeciting a photo of a fluke, the kind found in gills etc,
but this is way better ;)

That is a gr8 picture that you took.
