Flow Rate - Cause Of Algae ?

Just fitted the 2 x 900 Hydors into the tank and removed the SEIO 250.

First impressions, AMAZING !

They have a much better flow distribution than the SEIO and they are so quite it is unbelievable. Also the size is a lot better and they are less noticeable than the blue and grey SEIO.

So lots more movement than before on the plants and wood so lets see how it goes. Im sure over the next few days i will move them around a little. I will keep you posted.

Cool, give all the algae a scrub then hopefully with reg water changes you should have it sorted.

Next WC is due Saurday morning so ill give its a good scrub just before removing the water.
