Flourush Excell Melted My Vallis

Hi Guys i overdosed with flourish excell to kill of black beard algae and it worked! great but it melted my Vallis. now the overdosing cycle is complete will it grow back?

They have melted down to the base, will they grow back or will need buy some more?

I'd at least give them a week or so. Mine melted down to the base as well and are starting to grow back, but it was for different reasons. FYI I am dosing Flourish Excel still, but every other day and at about 75% of the recommended dose for my tank size.

Its a commonly known fact that Flourish Excell has this effect on Vallis. As for it growing back i don't know, depends on how badly it has been affected by the overdose. Mine didnt grow back when i first learnt this fact a few years ago.
