Flourish Excel

I want to start a planted 10g tank, and I was wondering whether I could use Flourish Excel as the carbon source. Would it work?

Yeah its works just fine, are you adding ferts with it?

I plan to- right now for a different tank I'm using the ADA Green Brighty Step 2 that provides trace elements. Do I need anything else?

Well when dosing any carbon or CO2 you need all elements inc N&P.
