Been taking a few pics recently and wanted to share some of the ones that turned out well.
Pic 1 is one of my Male anomalochromis thomasi. These fish are just beautiful yet not many people keep them.
Pic 2 Two baby Thomasi most likely nieces or nephews of the male in pic1
Pic 3 and 4 are Emperor tetras Nematobrycon palmeri. The first is two males and the second is my biggest male. I hadn't realised they could get so big, they are about 3.5" long and are the same size as my blue gouramis I have 9 of these beauties 4 males and 5 females and I find them just spectacular.
Pic 5 Is a few of my eight Corydora Virginiae. Disappointingly they haven't spawned despite the fact that the females always look full of eggs. Maybe they are just fat. As soon as I approach the tank they scatter, but If I just sit they come out within a minute or so.
Taking pics is so easy these days with digital cameras. !0 years ago you needed a spool of film, would take a week or so to get them developed and when you got them back most just had blurred pics of fish or reflections from the glass. Now I just sit and snap away and keep the odd pic that turns out right.
