Fishy Burps!

I have 3 oaps now, all active, but they are my eldest fish. I was watching one last night..he was resting his butt on his little bridge like they do and he opened his mouth..I though oh he is going to yawn but out came a bubble!...he darted into action chased the bubble to the top of the tank and then spent 5 minutes looking for it...then went back to sit on his bridge. dunno what he thought it was!

Bit scary but I've seen a bubble come out of one of our male's bottom area before. Just before he went potty. I guess fish burp and parp the same as the rest of us

There was a think on TV about fish farting, was herrings I think in a research lab
