just wanted to say everyone has been great and i appriciate all the adivse!! well i was wondering about fishless cycling? I think i will give it a try when im ready to start my aquarium but was wondering if i can use some old media from my uncles aquarium?? He has a salt water tank that is failing dramatically. its down to two fish and a bunch of alge, overloaded with snails and a few lonely crabs. would this be a wise choice or should i stick with ammonia only?? im affraid of the alge going crazy
