put the heat at 29-30 degrees C as the bacteria will grow faster at this temp. once the ammonia falls check your pH as this can lower quite a bit and this can cause the cycle to stall. if this happens do a 50% water change to get it back up in the neutral/alkaline levels as the bacteria can go dormant at lower pH levels :good:
 
Agree with the others. You do want your dosing to be on the low side so that there's no chance its getting up toward 8ppm. 29C/84F is a good temp and you want to check the pH every day or two to watch that it doesn't drop quickly on you. Adding the ammonia dose more than once per 24 hour period is another thing that will push the nitrite and nitrate levels too high and bother the N-Bac growth, potentially cause the pH to drop and necessitate more water changes than you need.
