Once you have fish, you will want to get the temperatures matched better than that. During your fishless cycle it should not cause much problem. Now that your pH is back where it belongs, you should start to see ammonia processing properly again.

The ammonia is now down to 0 again after last nights top up. The only sad news is that Nitrite is back to 2 so I have a little longer to wait for the fishies.

The ammonia drop to zero marks the end of phase 1. When nitrite reaches zero that marks the end of phase 2. When both fall to zero in 12 hours, that marks the end of phase 3. Then you make sure that the filter can continue to do that for a full week in 12 hours (qualifying week).
