Fishless Cycle, 100 Litre

If you cycled a tank using pure ammnonia how much did u use and how many litres was your tank?

I dont know how fa ri am off completing the cycle yet, seem to not be putting in right amount keep guessing...
It was high amount of ammonia 8ppm yesterday at least... will test 2 night also

2 much ammonia m8 will cause ur cycle 2 stall hence y its recommended 2 keep 2 the rite dosage

2 much ammonia m8 will cause ur cycle 2 stall hence y its recommended 2 keep 2 the rite dosage

i think for a 100 ltr tank its around 5.2 ml of ammonia 2 get it up 2 5ppm

tbh m8 yeh that should be fine for that stock list bringing upto 5ppm is ment for a fully stocked tank with the list u have there u will be very understocked so it should be fine

possibly but not gareented i would probably go with 2 fish every 2 weeks if anythink just 2 make sure the colony of bacteria catches up with the new bio-load better 2 be safe than sorry in my eyes

It would be a better plan to bring the cycle up to handle the full 5 ppm of ammonia and then add your stock fairly quickly. The minicycle is a very real probability the way you have proposed to go with frequent fish additions. It would be better to prepare for the heavier load and then go for it.

i personally dont think adding a couple of fish every couple weeks will cause much problems the bacteria have 2 weeks 2 grow for the new bio load each time i doubt very much if he will get a mini cycle and as 2 adding all the fish at once sum people just cant afford 2 go out and spend the amount of money 2 fully stock a tank in 1 go so cycling to 5ppm is abit pointless if not fully stocking instantly
