I've been told to put garlic on the fish's food and it makes it irresistible and boost immune system..
I feed her Tetra brand Baby Shrimp (sun dried gammarus) which she used to LOVE before she got sick..
and I also feed her Tetra brand TetraMin tropical flakes.

How do I add garlic to them?
Can I use regular garlic powder in my kitchen? Thats all I have in hand..
or do I go to the local grocery store and buy something else?

Chop up some fres hgarlic )or buy it already chopped in a jar). Roll the food around in it and feed it to the fish.
does the fish have any other symptoms? flicking/rubbing, swollen or skinny, spitting out food, white stringy or mucousy poo?
best to find the root of the problem so it can be treated.
cheers

I have another post about the sickness of my fish with pictures of her as well. She's a parrot fish. She's being treated right now for bacterial infection as well as fungal infection. E.M. Erythromycin and Pimafix. She's gotten REMARKABLY better than she was, but still won't eat. She's not quite back to normal yet.

I had an outbreak of the rotten egg smelling hyfrogen sulfide poisoning, it wiped out my whole tank except for her.
It happened once also a long time ago, and her and one other fish, a yellow gaurami, were the only ones to survive, but this time the yellow gaurami died.

She's my only fish left.
