I've lost 2 danios so far..early symptoms are getting slightly thin and having "scuff-like" white patches on the body. The patches start raising, then burst into bloody blisters. Some scales are missing. One fish after the other. Is this TB? *runs to get hazmat suit*

Should I tear apart the tank? Am I at any risk? I have no open wounds, I didn't drink any water, and my pets can't reach the tank.
I put a group of otos from the same store in my 45g. Could they have TB? They aren't showing any bad symptoms, the one that died was badly mishandled.
