Fish Tank Trim

Recently picked up a hand made fish tank (110l approx) from out of a friends loft. Double layered glass so is extra strong. Now had the tank set up for around 3 weeks. Needs some tlc. Has some outer edge chips on the corners but would like to attach some wood trim to make it look more like a finished product any ideas on where to get some. Would a normal diy store do. And is there and glues or adhesives I would need for the OUTSIDE and is there any chance of contaminations from using the ashesive. The tank is completely watertight.

If it's only cosmetic and not for strength, anything wood trim from a normal DIY shop would be fine. As long as you don't use anything that creates lots of fumes (like those two part epoxy ones) pretty much any glue would do. Superglue is safe around fish; some marine people use it IN their tanks for securing corals and things like that :good:
