Fish Stocking Issue?

My tank currently contains 6 black widow tetras, 7 black neon tetras and 4 peppered cories. It is a 64 litre tank. Is my tank overstocked? If not, how many more fish can I have?

i noticed your other post about peppered corys breeding (if i am not mistaken) and if they are, then your tank will be overstocked, but i think you might be fully stocked (giv or take a fish fish)
