What the title says. I already did a water change and the fish are still wacky. I thought it might be oxygen deprivation bc the co2 was way too high, so I turned it off, but the fish are still there. They are also weirdly unreative to my hand, as I can just put it there and scoop them up with ease. They also seem to lack swimming ability all of a sudden because sometimes theyll go face down and have trouble going back forward.

The zinger is that the shrimp in the tank seem to be completely normal and doing nothing, so I’m somewhat unsure as to the cause of this.

Is the tank fully cycled? Is there any ammonia or nitrite?

yes, no and no. Also update the fish have recovered and are swimming normally again. I think my theory was correct. I’m going to make sure that the co2 is at the correct levels from now on to prevent this. It’s just curious that the shrimp didn’t seem to be affected.
