Fish Selling Sites (hmmmmm)

Whats with these sites that are selling fish using forums has feedback, so you get your fish, and are not happy with it and go on the forum and post a comment saying you are not happy, then what?

Admin just delete it, or in most cases the posted comment is checked over by a admin or mod before its publicy viewable...

That is just stupid, you will never be reading a true feedback results (overall) because bad comments will not be on them

A more permanent feedback page should be used that can not be edited/delted/modified by the sellers.

imo, its just not very proffesional

i see what you mean and i suppose its just to stop people leaving negative feedback just to cause harm to someones buisness, because people are mean and vindictive sometimes

Yes but the thing is, people who are genuinly unhappy and have every right to leave negative feedback will also have thiers delted or not shown by the sellers or admin of it so it does not look bad on them.

Something should be done to sort it all out so there is a more honest feedback page.

absolutley no point in having a feedback page/site if its not honest, and if a biz suffers beacause of neg feedback, then maybe the seller should improve his methods

exactly, feedback forums are just no good at all, i bet you will not find a negative one on any of them
