Okay, I'm new to guppies. It seems that my females don't want to mate when my males do! It's funny to watch them trying to mate then when the boys give up they are all ready! DOn't know why all my livebearers do that, maybe the girls like to piss off the boys! lol

Yeah thats the usual rule
but seriously when the girls start to show an interest the boys will be there before she even realizes, so sound like your in for some new fry within 3-4weeks, dont let the buggers decieve you they are very sly at times when breeding, you tend to see the flirting but rarely the act itself
