fish order!?

i planning to get 4 neon tetras 4 glowlight tetras and 3 ghost shrimp

does it matter what order i put them in?

What size tank and is it cycled?
Assuming it's large enough and cycled then the order for those guys dosen't matter but will tell you that neons do better in a tank that has been up and running for say 6 months...
