Fish Not Swimming As Much And One Has White Spot

Hi

I have noticed that some of my fish arent swimming that much anymore, and one of them has a funny white growth/spot on his head.

Is there something wrong with my water? If so how do I find out what it is?

Help please am worried!

Do you have a testing kit? Few things that we will need to know - Was your tank cycled? How big is it? What fish do you have? How many? What is your water change regime? What is your feeding regime? Sorry for all the questions!

What are your water parametres- ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, PH ?
