Fish No Home Yet

Hey everyone i ordered a new tank and setup online it is a 29gal seaclear well it was suspose to be here on tuesday but go pushed back to thursday. I have 2 bumblebee catfish and 5 cherry barbs coming on tuesday with no tank i filled up some containers with water and conditioned it will they survive in theses containers till thursday

Cancel your fish order.
 
Even when you get the tank you will need to cycle it before adding fish.

I have to say, I agree with ginaekdal here, you really need to get a tank prepared properly before you think about getting fish.

I concur.  It is more than likely that the fish will die, so no point in risking this.  It takes a few weeks to cycle a new tank.
