Anybody recommend any tropical fish magazines?

Don't mind if there is a marine section as I enjoy reading the salty side too.

How about FISH. I think that's what it's called. It's half fresh half salt. There was a good article this month about breeding gouramis, and I think DGD. Also different tetras.

Smokey, they ought to be, or the PFK at least.

Bigger stores of w.h smiths usually carry them (generally hidden and shoved in a back corner somewhere that even the staff havent noticed) and same with supermarkets like Asda...

The only place i know is guaranteed to sell them is Pets @ Home. The only time they get my money

@smokey I was going to go subscription and get it delivered. Should be good to go in Wales.

@m00ms I got the plane in a LFS. It's 64cm long, so it's a good size. It will look alot better once I get a few plants in the tank. I've seen them on line as well on a few sites if you can't find in your LFS. I think the plane is an American thunderbolt.

i have been looking for new idea for a while as my tank needs a swap around,can see it "crashed landed" in my plants!!

just found it by google shopping "american thunderbolt" on a site called adflyer,do you mind me asking how much you paid for it? on adflyer theres is £50 and it looks the same with markings etc although colurs dont seam as bright as yours

Yeah it's about £50. It looks alot brighter in the water under the lights.The crashed helicopters are cool looking as well. Reminds me of the map "crash" in CoD. If that makes sense. LOL.

Try a few other sites. You might get it a wee bit cheaper if P&P doesn't get you.

No worries. I like your thinking. I think loads of plants to hide elements of the plane would be nice.
