It certainly does look cool. I would also be worried about space, but with some really small fishes and not to many. I keep a five gallon fish tank on the back of my toilet. Looks so pretty even the girls stand up,

Doubt any fish would like a cold shower every time someone goes to the loo.

The cystern is inside the tank and seperate from the aquarium area so the water in the tank is not affected by flushing.
