It's not a firefish I don't think (there are actually classified as wormfish, rather than gobies now). I see the picture is from liveaquaria.com, and is the image for "small gobies" so maybe have a look around here: http/www.wetwebmedia.com/gobies.htm and see if you can see a similar fish, although I can't see any obvious matches.

It's a type of hi-fin shrimp goby simular to the candy stripe variety (pictured below) not sure of the exact species though.
