Hi, I am new to the forum

I need some advise, my fish keep flicking agaist the plants, I have used Sterizen and another gill fluke medication to no avail

My water is great, PH 6.8, ammonia nil, nitrate and nitrite are at good level

Anyone have any ideas

Thanks
Alex

Hello...
(keeps fingers crossed and hopes someone intelligent arrives to help out)
Have you checked for dark patches(velvet) or even whitespot....
Sometimes fish respond with flicking as a response to suspended matter in the water, have you performed a water change recently or maybe stirred up the substrate?
Have you tested your nitrite (as you don't give an exact reading for it?)

Hi The fish do not have any visible marks on them, I have also treated for velvet, my nitrate is less than 3 ppm per litre
I did a 20% water change last Monday
Thanks
Alex
