Im hatching some fish eggs in a 2ltr plastic bottle which is standing in the tank to keep the temperature the same, ive added some meth blue and an air stone.
Q. should the fish eggs be jumbling around and around with the air stone flow or should they be static by gently airating with the air stone above the eggs?

I'm no expert on this kind of stuff, but the meds has probably killed them- most fish eggs won't hatch with the presence of meds in the water, and they need flowing water over them from a filter current as well to give them oxygen.

If you're serious about hatching the eggs, you need to set up another tank for them and to grow the fish on, preferably quite a big one, because angel fish need a lot of room to grow and you need to try to set up a mature filter for them.

You will also need to think about getting hold of some suitable foods for them when they're born, because they'll be small. I've never kept Angel fish, but infusoria / rotifers and newly hatched baby brine shrimp tend to be standard fare for young fry (baby brine after they've grown a little).

Personally, I've never been a big fan of artificially hatching/raising egg laying fishes. I've breed Angels commercially, and I'd rather switch parents till I find a good pair, rather than interrupting natures way.

Tokis-Phoenix read up on meth blue meds before posting next time m8 cheers.

Fishy Mad ive 6 tanks running at the mo, and buying more is always on the cards, ive lots of space nd room in my house. Ive always got 4 micro worm cultures on the go ready and BBS hatch very quickly. Ive also got loads of sponges and alfagrog running in my systems plenty spare to seed new tanks if need be.

blackguppy this is my pair of angels 3rd spawn in 3 months and they have eaten their last 2 so thats why ive pulled the spawn.

So my question still stands:

Sometimes they are both female and one acts like a male, but that is rare. HMMM.. Oh yeah, Angels are really protective parents so any disturbance could cause them to eat them let it be other fish to you coming up to the tank, they will eat their young to protect them. Kinda weird, huh :/ :D

Edit: no the eggs shouldn't, those are probably no good. They should be sealed onto a hard surface like a rock.
