Fish Compatible With My Betta?

I just got some little African Dwarf frogs and so far so good. They're awfully cute and like the same kind of foods. The betta with them is pretty small on the average so hoping all keeps going well.
PS I did a bit of reading on the subject and made sure to get Dwarf frogs not CLAWED dwarf frogs as they get to be pretty big. The ones I wanted have these cute little bitty webbed feet.

My betta is acting a bit strange, he just stays at the top of my heater and doesn't look very happy!

Mine stays at the top alot. but he does cruise the tank alot too but at the evening time he sits in the middle of the plant..

i have a male crowntail in with platies, cories, an oto (going to get 1-2 more) and everything is good. i heard that crowntails can be more aggressive but since this is my first crowntail i don't really know if this is true or not. as for the tropical fish flakes... i think it depends on age. if the fish has been fed something for a long period of time i htink that they might reject other food as well. i have 2 females and my crowntail male and they all are young and eat the tropical fish flakes. my older males only eat the betta pellets. i don't know if it is a coincidence or what. also, if you are introducing a male betta into a tank, i feel the best time to do it is when they are young. my male CT was bought what seems to be right after he was able to be sexed. he is young and impressionable and not as lilkely to be aggressive. at least thats the deal so far. we'll see down the line.

again it all depends on the fishes temperment (both the betta and the other fish)

:D
