Fish Compatibility Help Plz

Will stock an in progress cycled tank with some of the following fish. Could someone give me their experience and compatibility thoughts on this combination of fish plz.

platy's and guppies are typically fine together, but it really depends on the barbs. there are lots of different barbs with lots of different sizes, behavior, and temperaments.

Some cherry barbs would probably be ok with platy and guppies.
