Fish Combination Ok?

After a break from keeping tropical fish for a couple of years I am looking for a new setup.

I have found a tank I like of approx 350 litres (48" x 18" x 24").

Would these fish be ok to keep together:

2 x Mousetail Knifefish
4 x Elephant Longnose
3 x Parkinsons Rainbowfish
3 x Silver Shark
3 x Clown Loach

Any other suggestions on fish to add would be appreciated

I don't think those fish would be a good mix or size for that tank.

The elephant fish are aggressive and grow to be very large if my memory servs and clown loach easily grow to a foot and ideally need a 6ft tank as they are very active you will experience he same problems with the silver sharks.

I'm not sure about the other fish you listed as i have no knowlage of them but i do reccomend you re-think your stocking, sorry to be the bringer of bad news

Incidently, I keep a long nosed elephant in my community tank with medium neons serpaes , black phantom tetras no problems at all. No aggressoin and he has a tiny little mouth even though he is 6 inches long.

It would be an amazing tank to see but as said I think all those electric fish wouldnt get on in one tank. The agression in these kind of fish is usually at others of their own species not 100% on the reason but I believe its because of their signals etc. An idea you could try that I think would work could be.

1x Black Ghost Knifefish
1x Elephantnose (not 100% on having both so I would say this need to check with others that keep electric fish)
8x Denison Barbs (as an alternative to the silver sharks, look them up )
8x Yoyo Loaches (arguably 3 clowns will work but personally I would go for a bigger group of a smaller loach)

and maybe a group of the Rainbow when the tank is more mature after a few months.

silvers need 6 to live happily and they get a foot+ so youll need a much bigger tank and the loaches need +3 and need a bigger tank. then up the rainbow to 6 0r 8, get 2-3 more mouse knives and youll be set!

Im only fairly certain about the knifes, but i think that they need a longer tank than 48 inches, disregarding the other dimensions. also the clown loaches would be fine in there, they just need to be in groups of 5+. they are great little fish! i had 6 in my 55 gal til they got too big ive been waiting til i can get a 90+ gal to get them again. good luck

I also have 3 knifefish all around 5 inches , a long nosed elephant and a 4 inch spiny eel - all happy together with a shoal of medium neons , 4 baby jewels ( under half an inch long) 4 baby keyholes ( also about half an inch long). Only been together for about three weeks but no problems with aggression or fish losses ...so far.

I feed them plenty of bloodworm every night ( in the dark so they get the food) .

There are plenty of hiding places plus a rockery , two stone tunnels and two plastic tubes all for the knifefish.
