Fish Cant Swim Right

Hey,
One of my Black widows tetra is having trouble swimming.

History...
Moved into pond 2 years ago..
Put in tank for winter this year.. reason for moving them inside is because of the swimming problems like in the video. 3 of them were put in tank first and the swimming problem stopped. Now I found the last one and put him in the tank today and the swimming problem wont stop.

They usually go great in the pond but I wanted them inside for display this year. This hasnt happened before...

Any ideas of whats wrong?

thats a shame.
did you acclimate when you moved them? change in water temp can cause swim bladder problems (hence the floating). some fish sort themselves out, others are not so lucky
