Fish Bleeding

This is about a gold fish i have. Its about 3 yrs old and i have never had any problems with it until now.

It looks like it is bleeding out from under its skin. Does anynoe know what this is or how to rectify the prob.

Can you post a picture? It would confirm that it's bleeding and not anything else

It could be haemorraging but whatever it is, is isn't good
I had 2 goldfish which started bleeding under the skin (big dark patches) and bloating, neither survived for a week
Sorry that it's such bad news. If you're definately sure it's bleeding then you could try some antibacterial meds as that's what normally causes this, but usually that's the final sign of disease and there's little chance of saving the fish.
