Guys,

In my tank I had:

10 Cardinal Tetra
10 Bentosi White Tip
6 male guppy
4 Platy (two yellow / two orange)

The guppy's were chasing the Platty at first but it appeared to improve. It's hard to keep track of the platty as they like to hide in the rock, but I have checked very carfully and I now only have one Platty left (orange), I also have several platty fry but I have lost three of the adults.

Is it possible the guppy's ate the Platty, its odd as there are no bodys, no remains at all but three are missing?

If a fish dies ALL fish will chip in on the free meal. Sounds like a serious case of cannibalism.

I agree.

Did you intentionally type fish and chip in the same sentence about fish being eaten?

I've never seen a guppy try to eat a fish bigger than its mouth... a live one anyway.... not actually seen them eat a dead one either... but I did have one fish go missing for a few weeks then only found a head...
