It seems that aquabid is a US only site really. Is there anything similar for the UK? (except ebay)

i couldnt be bothered to sift throught those that come up, to look for a good well used site. was after reccomendations.

Aquaauction has about 80 items on it in total!

Not particularly, check around the local clubs to see if there are any auctions near you, otherwise only the normal buying websites.
